About Us

Mission Statement

RedStone Custom Homes is founded on Christ-centered values. A core Christian value is having God first in our lives. It is our mission to uphold these values (integrity, honesty, dependability, excellence, innovation, and family) in every aspect of our company.

Company Verse

“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures”

– Proverbs 24: 3-4

Company

RedStone Custom Homes was founded by 3rd generation builder Nicholas Cooper. RedStone’s commitment is to approach the emotional and frequently frustrating task of designing and building a home in a 100% customer-focused manner. We understand that designing and building a new home can be very overwhelming and that the buyer wants the home to not only be the home they have always dreamed of, but also be a place where their family can grow and make memories together. Each home will be customized based on the client’s desires at whatever stage they enter the building process. Nicholas Cooper serves as the client’s primary contact during the entire design and construction period. Since Nicholas provides the design leadership and also acts as the construction superintendent, clients can be assured their exact design concepts will be carried out during the construction phase.

RedStone Custom Homes offers a wide variety of floor plans, most of which include an open layout, spacious living room, large kitchen, granite countertops, and custom craftsmanship throughout. RedStone Custom Homes also gives you the opportunity to work closely with Nicholas and his architect to design the floor plan of your dreams.
